In light of the most recent UK government announcement I wanted to reassure all patients that we are allowed to remain open. As before we will always follow all guidance and legislation provided to us by the British Chiropractic Association and Public Health England. Staffordshire has entered the national lockdown, this means we can continue to see patients as long as we have an identifiable need for the appointment.
Any patient that has been identified as being/lives with someone, who is clinically vulnerable, is requested to cancel their face to face appointment at this time. We can support you virtually/by telephone until we can resume your normal care.
We are continuously reviewing our risk assessments to keep all our patients and staff safe. These measures include asking all patients to wear face masks (unless medically exempt) for the duration of your appointment, asking you to wait in the car when you arrive, asking you to use hand sanitiser on arrival and allow us to check your temperature. We rigorously clean all areas in-between patients and we will ensure that there is only one patient at a time in the clinic building.
We are implementing the new government guidance by increasing our cleaning in-between appointments for those over the age of 60 and continuing our Sunday clinics for those with existing medical problems or who are over the age of 70.
Thank you as always for your support, we will always put patients’ needs first and will aim to continue to do our utmost best to keep everyone safe and well.
